Reservations: Appointments may be scheduled at the Spa, or by calling 781-396-0007. We recommend services to be scheduled at least one week in advance. A credit card number must be given when reserving two or more services.
Cancellation Policy: Appointment cancellation or rescheduling must be given 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Notice for multiple services and all packages must be received 48 hours in advance. Late cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the total value of scheduled services. Missed appointments are charged at full value.
Check-In: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure your full service. By arriving early, you will be able to relax and fully enjoy your spa experience. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed, so late arrival may require for your treatment to be shortened or rescheduled. If this happens, we will try to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee the full service time.
Payment: We accept Cash, Personal Checks,Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. Gratuities may not be included in a credit card purchase. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages. Gratuities are graciously accepted by Spa personnel. Gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk upon check-out.
Children: We love children, but unfortunately our Spa/Salon is not a safe environment for them. Please arrange child care prior to your appointment.
